CHECK-IN

Check-in begins at 4PM. We are happy to accommodate early check-in requests whenever possible. For your convenience, the Starlight is a key-less property. Your unique door code will created after you complete your digital check-in & sent to you at 2pm on the day of your arrival. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room has been received and approved. Check-out is 11AM on the day of your departure. If you would like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-out date.


Due to its status of a historic landmark, the Starlight Motor Inn cannot accommodate pets. If you have a Service Animal, please provide contact us at least 24 hours before check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

The Starlight has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

Please be advised that your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. If payment does not fully process, after that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. Your credit card will be charged within 1 day(s) after we have confirmed your reservation. There will also be a $150 incidental charge charged before your arrival. Please note it can take up to 5 - 7 business days for the incidental charge to reflect back on your card.


Please note that when you make a reservation, you are booking a room type (not a specific room). Each room type includes similar apartments of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from The Starlight Motor Inn. 



HOUSE RULES

Due to our status as a historic landmark, The Starlight Motor Inn cannot accommodate pets of any kind. Violators may be subject to a $250 fee, will be asked to leave, and forfeit the cost of your stay. If you have a Service Animal, please provide documentation at least 24 hours before check-in.


Smoking in rooms is not permitted. Guests are subject to a $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found in your room. Please note that we comply with the local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places. 


We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we abide by the rule of ‘you break it, you buy it,’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues should be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. Please Note: Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if: 

  • More guests stay in the property than agreed. A $50 charge for each additional guest per night will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the apartment.
  • Excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night. 
  • You sublet the property you have rented (or give it to other people).


Free parking is made available to all Starlight guests. Please note that the Starlight does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. We also reserve the right to tow vehicles that do not belong to a guest. The Starlight Motor Inn is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things left at the premises.


Starlight Motor Inn is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer accessible rooms within the hotel. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly at (843) 874-2843 after the reservation has been made.
